The Team

Anna started working in Human Resources in 1996 and went on to gain Graduate membership of the Charted Institute of Personnel & Development at APU. Prior to joining HAT, Anna worked for Lovells then Ogilvy in London. During her 7 years at Ogilvy as their HR Manager, she worked for both the UK and EMEA HR team and undertook generalist and specialist HR project roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

As Graduate Recruitment Manager, Anna's main responsibilities include:

• Recruiting 80 ACA, AAT and ACCA trainees annually
• Attending the HAT Student Committee and Student Liaison Committee
• Attending careers fairs for graduates with the ICAEW

Anna's hobbies and interests include aerobics, interior design and entertaining.
