Content of Course:
The course is equally applicable for new or well established managers, covering all the skills managers must master to be more effective and efficient in their role. The course is designed for all managers in a professional practice and does not cover auditing matters.
The course covers, by the use of lectures, case studies, role plays, outdoor exercises, videoing participants, and videos, the following:

- review
- debt collection
The course counts 20 CPD hours.
